Me and my Harley(or my Harley and I)

June 16th, 2009

Let’s venture on. I love motorcycles. Always have. I bought every cycle mag when I was a kid. I could tell what kind of bike it was from 100 paces. Back then British bikes where the most popular with the Japanese bikes coming up fast.(think Honda 750). Then my first girlfriend had a minibike, I got hooked. First bike I ever road myself  was a Kawasaki 900. A friend owed my brother money and the bike was collateral. I was probably not even 18. ( yea I know guys say they been riding since they were 5, but we lived in the city and my dad was a cop who rode a trike when he first got on the CPD. Hence no buying of motorcycles). Anyway it was a passion that was suppressed for many years…. TBC

Nice Story

March 23rd, 2009

Just wanted to relate a nice little story from the other day.

I was standing at the front counter when a  woman walked in. (sorry, I didn’t get your name). After exchanging pleasantries, she related to me that she had gone through a lifestyle change and had lost  100 pounds. She wanted to treat herself to a pizza which she had not had in over a year. After mentioning this to her co-workers they unanimously told her that O’fame’ was the place to go. I would like to thank her co-workers for recommending us, but I would like to thank her for a nice little story. I hope you enjoyed your pizza and I wish you more success.
